SPATIAL PLANNING OF THE TERRITORY OF URBAN TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY: LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of spatial planning of territories of urban territorial communities in Ukraine. The concept and elements of spatial planning of territories in EU countries are analyzed. The basic principles of legal regulation of territorial planning of urban territorial communities territories and the system of state authorities that carry out territorial planning at the state, regional and local levels in Ukraine are disclosed. The shortcomings of legislation regulating territorial planning are shown. The implementation of spatial planning for efficient and rational use of lands of urban territorial communities in Ukraine is proposed.
