SPECIFIC NATURE OF MANAGEMENT DAIRY INDUSTRY – ITALIAN MODEL CLUSTER

Abstract
The globalization process has essential influence for appearing trends in contemporary economy. One of the strategic management challenges is modeling of company development, determine way of changes. An important factor of functioning modern entities on the market is their macroeconomic environment. Entities operating in the same sector not only competing against each other, but also they are establishing cooperation, creating organizational networks. This situation forces a changes in the organizational structures of companies and their management principles. This article presents current situation of the dairy industry in Poland and management development trends in the dairy industry.
