Specifications of the legal regulation of the life care contract

Abstract
This article is devoted to the legal analysis of the life care contract by the legal system of Ukraine. Legal nature, rights and obligations both of sides of the life care contract have been analyzed. The specifications of the life care contract and problems of legal implementations have been determined.
