Abstract
On March 18, 2015. the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Lodz was the sec-ond nationwide conference Fri. “The consumer on the rail passenger market” cluster of experts, graduate students and students for the second time met to discuss consumer rights in the rail pas-senger transport in Poland. The aim of the conference was to analyze the compliance of the railway consumer rights and the position of Chairman of the Railway Transport Office. At the same time it was an opportunity to interest students sectoral issues of law and to provide them with knowledge on the subject. It was a good opportunity to exchange views and experiences between representa-tives of science, administration and business.
