Структура переломів довгих трубчастих кісток нижньої кінцівки за даними обласного бюро судово-медичної експертизи

Abstract
Основной целью работы является проведение судебно-медицинского анализа случаев с экспертной практики с переломами длинных костей нижней конечности по данным областного бюро судебно-медицинской экспертизы в период 2009-2012г. Исследование выполнено с помощью методов статистического и сравнительного анализа. Раскрыто их распределение по полу, возрасту, локализации, характеру и виду внешнего воздействия, условиям образования и участию иных лиц. Переломы костей нижней конечности составляют от 15,8 до 22,5% всех случаев механической травмы с летальными исходами. При этом страдают лица мужского пола с более частой травмой левой конечности в разные поры дня и года. Основным механизмом их возникновения является травмирование в результате дорожно-транспортных происшествий в сельской местности с участием третьих лиц.
