SUBJECT OF CRIMES THAT APPEAR IN EXCEEDING OF AUTHORITY OR OFFICIAL POWERS, UNDER THE LAW OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
This article examines and analyzes the criminal legislation of a number of countries which belonging to the Romano-German legal system, which from the objective side establishes responsibility for exceeding of authority or official powers. In particular, an author calls corresponding positions of criminal codes of foreign countries, analyzes calls the group of people who are identified in the legislation of the countries which are subjects of the relevant crimes, compares them with the subject of the crime provided for in Art. 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
