СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН НАУКОВОЇ ДОСЛІДЖЕНОСТІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ У МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ТУРИЗМУ ІСПАНОМОВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ В ДІАЛОГІЧНОМУ МОВЛЕННІ

Abstract

The article is based on the analysis of foreign and Ukrainian scholars which are dedicated to professionally oriented Spanish competence in dialogical speech of prospective tourism managers. The general and distinctive features of scientific studies are theoretically characterized by the following criteria: the foreign language which is chosen, the type of competence, students and the year of study. Actual directions of teaching of professionally oriented speaking competences for prospective tourism managers are determined. Purpose of this article is to analyze the contemporary conditions of professionally oriented Spanish competence in dialogical speech formation. The communicative competence of foreign language is the most important component in efficient development of international tourism and thus of an effective level of service as well. This competence is based on the ability to understand and react adequately to the needs of a client. Nowadays, the success of a tourism manager and his/her competitiveness depends on the ability to be on the same wavelength with clients, to adjust professional activity in accordance with personal needs and existing language situation. Methods. The analysis of scientific psychological researches and methodological problems of interference and positive translation in learning foreign language after the first implementation in Ukraine and abroad in order to systematize the existence of the rhythms of the elimination of scientific concepts and foreign language learning strategies. Results. The methods which optimize the learning process are highlighted according to the results obtained for the formation of prospective tourism managers’ professionally oriented Spanish competence in dialogical speech. It should be noted that the formation of a foreign-language communicative competence for the professional orientation of prospective tourism managers began its development from the end of the twentieth century and now is a relevant link. Scientific researches were conducted mainly on the Germanic languages, e.g. English and German, and the Roman group was represented by the French and Spanish languages. Various types of professionally oriented communicative competencies are considered, but dialogic speech leaves space for further investigations. Studies in teaching methods of foreign languages are directed on higher schools and colleges. Conclusion. The formation of professionally oriented foreign language communicativecompetence of prospective tourism managers is a continuous tourism education, which should be based on humanistic philosophy and provide personally oriented and professionally directed educational activities. This formation should promote the creative potential of individuals in the pedagogical process and provide the tourism industry of Ukraine with competitive specialists. The formation of a professionally oriented foreign language communicative competence of prospective tourism managers should be aimed at training professionals with such abilities as self-determination, self-actualization and self-realization throughout their life. Also it should be oriented on intercultural communication by using two or more foreign languages in communication with tourists of different national and cultural traditions, beliefs; flexibility, mobility, needs of labor market, peculiarities of tourism should be taken into account. The analysis of modern scientific sources of prospective tourism managers’ professionally oriented foreign language communicative competence formation has shown that the topic is relevant for further scientific research of dialogical speech.
