Supply Chain Construction In The Moroccan Public Admnistration

Abstract

The construction supply chain is characterized by the multiplicity of links and the divergence of the actors, making customer satisfaction difficult to measure. The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of satisfaction and identify the determinants that influence it, in the supply chain construction, through a study conducted on the Moroccan public administration. The literature review involved several relational parameters including trust, commitment and effective communication, and transactional factors such as control, power and formalization that influence satisfaction, more tangible variables to measure an abstract concept. To focus our study and look for concrete answers, the research orbit will be the Construction Supply Chain related to the Moroccan public administration contracts.
