Synthesis of novel Tetrazole derivatives and their biological evaluation
Journal Title: Indian Journal of Research in Pharmacy and Biotechnology - Year 2018, Vol 6, Issue 2
Abstract
Tetrazole have very important biological activity. We have synthesized the 10 novel tetrazole derivatives characterized by 1H NMR 13C NMR HRMS and evaluated antibacterial and antifungal activity. Among the compounds compound 6g shows prominent activity.
