System informowania kierownictwa jako podstawa rozszerzenia współpracy banku z sektorem przedsiębiorstw

Abstract
Polska musi zwiększyć poziom innowacyjności gospodarki, co pozwoli na szybki rozwój kraju. Wymaga to zwiększenia w przedsiębiorstwach wydatków na badania i rozwój. Środki na te działania w znacznej części pochodzić będą z sektora bankowego. Banki lokalne mogą nie być zainteresowane finansowaniem innowacji z uwagi na ryzyko. W znacznej części problem ten można rozwiązać, pomagając im opracować dobry system informacji. Artykuł prezentuje syntetyczną informację o systemach informowania kierownictwa oraz przedstawia obszary, jakie powinien taki system obejmować w przypadku banku. Przy opracowywaniu tej publikacji wykorzystano doświadczenie jednego z jej autorów (Sławomira Jankiewicza) zdobyte przy tworzeniu koncepcji i wdrażaniu sytemu informacji menedżerskiej w banku zagranicznym funkcjonującym w Polsce.
