SYSTEM OF SELECTION OF PERSONNEL BY COMPETENCES

Abstract
The mechanism of personnel recruitment on a competent basis is considered, which allows selecting personnel at the recruitment stage that meets the required qualification characteristics and values of the company. The concept of competence is described. The necessity of personnel recruitment according to competencies is substantiated.
