Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of the investigative weaver’s review. The timely disclosure and investigation of crimes, the success of which is largely determined by the quality and effectiveness of conducting initial investigative (search) operations, the most important of which is an overview, plays an important role in improving the crime situation in the country. The author points to the study and organization of the volume of their main functions, which are manifested in the accumulation of achievements in theory and practice, the optimal development of tactical methods of conducting a survey, which contribute to effective disclosure and prevention of crime.
