Abstract
In the scientific article, the essence and content of the administrative-legal mechanism for the prevention of corruption in the activities of the bodies of the National Police are highlighted. The author defines the concept of “administrative and legal mechanism of counteraction to corruption in the bodies of the National Police” and defines the constituent elements of its structure.
