THE ASSESSMENT OF THE APPROACHES FOR SHADOW ECONOMY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE ANALYSIS OF FOOD PRODUCTS

Abstract
Summing up the results of the analysis, one can conclude that in 2010-2016, From the foodstuffs of the first necessity of consumption, there is a shadow presence both in bread and in sugar circulation volumes. 2010-2016 the volume of shadow economy has increased especially in terms of sugar content, which was 30.9 % on the average, while the volume of shadow economy volumes decreased by 1.8 %.
