Abstract
Chemical analysis of Chrozophora tinctoria showed that it contained dye substances, flavonoids, alkaloids, oils, diterpenoids, xanthones, coumarins, chromones, diterpenoids, and phenylpropanoid glycosides. The plant possessed antioxidant, cytotoxic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitic and other biological effects.
