The choice of the model of corporate requirements to the competence of a specialist of industrial enterprise

Abstract
Presents a theoretical justification of the selection of key corporate requirements competences technician industrial enterprises. Generated and proposed for the practical application of the model to key corporate requirements for the competence of an engineer-designer at as media of intellectual capital, an important component of the strategic development program of mechanical and machine-building enterprises. It is established that the creation of models of corporate requirements to the competence of the technical specialist depending on the complexity of the product and the availability of the unique qualities and capabilities of the staff will solve the difficult problem of estimating competency specialist and make a qualitative selection of personnel for jobs that will improve the competitiveness of industry enterprises.
