THE CIVIL LEGAL NATURE OF THE CONTRACT FOR A RENDERING THE LEARNING SERVICES BY A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract
The article analyzes the issue devoted to disclosure of the nature of civil legal contract to provide learning services by the higher education institution. There are highlighted the binding terms of the contract, in particular there are revealed the different approaches to understanding the meaning of learning services as the subject of studied contract. Special atten- tion is paid to the rights and obligations of the parties contract for learning services, as well as to the termination including denunciation of contract for a rendering the learning services by a higher educational establishment.
