THE COMPLEX REHABILITATION IN DEGENERATIVE-DYSTROPHIC DISEASES OF JOINTS

Abstract
The article deals with the assessment of the effectiveness of complex psychological and physical rehabilitation of patients with degenerative degenerative joint disease. We characterize the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of osteoarthritis. The expediency and the need for methods not only physical but also psychological rehabilitation. The data of experimental studies of the effectiveness of new methods of physical rehabilitation (extracorporeal shock wave therapy), in combination with methods of psychological influence. The conclusions on the effectiveness of the applied complex methods of psychological and physical rehabilitation and recommended the implementation of Institutional rehabilitation of patients with degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
