Abstract
The article is given legal characteristic deals of public control over legality of law enforcement in the field of environmental protection in the process of formation in Ukraine law enforcement of the population European the sample. The author of analyzed the main forms of public control over the activities of territorial of the National police Ukraine in environmental the field. Given the standards applicable law of Ukraine and police practice its author are the main ways to optimize the legal regulation of interaction and joint environmental organizations in the integration conditions.
