Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the definition of nature, the essence and laws of the genesis of the process of formation of justice and the influence of this process of information exchange, as interconnected philosophical and legal categories and socio-social phenomena. The author pays particular attention to the study of biological, social and other theories and hypotheses concerning the genesis of human consciousness from acquiring the ability to articulate their thoughts to the formation of writing.
