THE CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE AS THE BASIS FOR IMPLEMENTING GOVERNMENTAL YOUTH POLICY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of Ukrainian Constitution, which make the basis for the formulation and implementation of governmental youth policy in Ukraine. The author establishes dialectical relation between the Constitutional principles and the basis for implementing governmental youth policy. The article contains proofs that governmental youth policy is directly linked to the Constitutional principles of Ukrainian state.
