The Effect of Company Administration on the Accepted Companies Cashing Power in Tehran Stock Market

Abstract
Investors have relied to the quality and quantity of on time released information to companies administrators for decision making, the method of investors reaction to this information and their decisions somehow forms the supply and demand volume or and the suggesting prices for sale and buying. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effect of some company authorized structures on the market cashing that the hypotheses in this research are seven items. This research is practical in the purpose and to make relation between the research variables, regression is used. Also the statistical society in this research is evaluated for all accepted companies in Tehran stock market during 2009 to 2012 that the statistical sample is analyzed by the systematic elimination method during 4 years. To evaluate the information the Eviews software was used and the results showed that the board of directors' irresponsible members has positive effect and the institutional stock owners and the ownership concentration and duality of management has negative effect on the cashing. Also the results showed that the rate of management administration of the board of directors and relying on the debts and auditor criticism have no effect on the cashing.
