The Effect of Personnel Ability, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment to Performance Personnel in Poles Mona

Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of personnel ability, organizational culture, organizational commitment to the performance of personnel at Polres Muna. This research was conducted by survey method to 100 police personnel in Polres Muna. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 program. The results showed that the ability of personnel, organizational culture, organizational commitment both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance at Muna Resort Police.
