The efficiency of lawmaking in modern european constitutionalism

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problems of determining the quality and effectiveness of lawmaking as a basic way of creating law in modern legal systems that ensure proper operation. The author analyzes the major methodological approaches to the content of legislative activity in modern conditions of social and legal development.
