THE ESSENCE OF THE MATERIAL-LEGAL DISPUTE ABOUT THE RIGHT

Abstract
The paper is devoted to provide insight into the essence of the material-legal dispute about the right. Special consider- ation is given to the definition and specialization of such terms as rights, interests and freedoms used during the civil legal proceedings. There have been introduced proposals on improving the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.
