THE Functions of the law enforcement : some issues

Abstract
The article studies functions of the law enforcement as a separate element in the mechanism of civil and legal regulation. It reveals general and special functions of the law enforcement, outlines functions of judicial law enforcement and dysfunction of the law enforcement.
