THE IMPROVEMENT OF STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT AGRICULTURAL LAND USE

Abstract
The theoretical bases of strategy of development of land use are investigated. Strategy of rational management of lands of agricultural purpose of state ownership of Ukraine is analysed. The indicative list of mechanisms and instruments of state regulation of development of agricultural land use till 2020 is specified. The main problems of landowners in the sphere of land use at the regional level are opened. The strategic directions of development of agricultural land use in the Mykolayiv area are offered.
