THE INFLUENCE OF SPECIAL vocational education ON THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF STUDENTS IN A NEW SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Now, when Ukraine is rapidly introducing reforming the education system, the Ministry of Education and Science has not yet clearly defined the place of technical schools and colleges in the new education system of Ukraine: the question of the place of vocational education in higher education in this structure remains open and requires on their status and place in the educational system, and the issues of financing this kind of educational institutions. However, the specifics of vocational education in higher education and its differences from vocational education and higher education in Ukraine is quite obvious: vocational education in higher education is aimed at the formation and development of educational qualifications, confirms the ability of a person to perform typical specialized tasks in a particular area of professional activity related to production tasks of increased complexity and / or implementation of limited managerial functions, which are characterized by a certain uncertainty of conditions and require the application of the provisions and methods of the relevant science, and ends with obtaining the appropriate educational and / or professional qualifications.
