THE INFLUENCE OF THE CIVILIZATIONAL AND CULTURAL FACTORS ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
During the study it was determined that in the XIX – XX centuries science formed the theory of civilizations. In the XXI century it is developing dynamically and has the basic foundation of culture. It is noted that in the conditions of globalization influence of civilization and cultural factors on economic development began to intensify and to undergo the transformation in the direction of homogenization, separation “outcivilization” segment and strengthening civilizational conflicts.
