The international legal basis for China-ASEAN cooperation within the framework of implementation of “The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the global initiative that intensify mar- itime interrelationships of the Silk Road, as a vector of strengthening international cooperation, as well as the new way to solve marine disputes. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the China-ASEAN international legal cooperation within the framework of “The 21st Century Mar- itime Silk Road”. The author makes an attempt to provide proposals for improving the legal basis for global cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian maritime interconnections.
