THE JUDGEMENTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE IN THE NUCLEAR TESTS CASES: BASIC FINDINGS REGARDING THE UNILATERAL ACTS

Abstract
Article is devoted to analysis of the judgements of the International Court of Justice in the Nuclear Tests Cases. The said judgements contain the important findings concerning the unilateral acts of the states. The author focuses on the analysis of the issues of the legal effect of the unilateral acts, the requirements for stipulating the legal consequences of the unilateral acts and, therefore, creating legal obligations, as well as analyses the issue of appliance of the principle of performance of the international obligations in good faith to the unilateral acts.
