THE LEGAL AND REGULATORY FRAMEWORK OF EVALUATION OF THE PROPERTY OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the main laws and regulations’ analysis regulating the process of enterprise’s assets valuation in Ukraine. The meaning of the “enterprise’s assets valuation” concept has been expanded. The cases when the assets valuation is obligatory have been summarized. There have been suggested the assets valuation cases giving the possibility of more impartial conclusion to be made as to the enterprise’s assets volumes and condition. The author has classified the main and minor regulatory acts regulating the process of enterprise’s assets valuation in Ukraine. The article has described the national and international assets valuation standards. The author has suggested some changes in the structure and essence of the National Assets Valuation Standards.
