THE MAIN FACTOR FOR THE FORMATION OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST? PERSONALITY IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

Abstract
Intoduction. The teaching is impossible without communication, because only through dialogue it becomes a factor in intellectual development. As follows, communication in teaching, and the teaching itself, becomes a factor of education of the human personality, including future specialist. Methods. Communication is the method of pedagogical interaction involving verbal or non-verbal contact, which main result is the student’s understanding and recognition of his personality. Results. The professional and pedagogical communication helps to form the inner world of the student, his future professional behavior and self-affirmation. Discussion. The teacher must be able to adapt to the different situation, students for quick navigation in typical situations; the domain experience helps to overcome different trivial situations successfully.
