THE MORAL PRINCIPLES AS REGULATOR OF CIVIL RELATIONS

Abstract
The paper addresses issues of moral principles in functioning of civil legal controlling instrument. The author focuses on need to define content of basic principles and ways of their implementation. Legal nature of moral rule has been researched into. The moral principle is a vector for law-making basis for correct understanding and application of civil law has been substantiated.
