THE NEED IN REGULATION OF AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY SYSTEM

Abstract
The article outlines the theoretical principles of regulation for the motor transport in the economic system. The development of the motor transport system is proposed to be considered: from the point of view of ensuring internal structural changes, which causes the emergence of new features, functions, system features; in terms of restoring the primary characteristics, functions, signs of the system, which can be achieved both through the targeted influence and through the deregulation. The functionality of the motor transport system, its exclusive, economic, social, political and security significance, which determines the need of external interference, especially from the side of the state, is substantiated. The necessity of regulation the motor transport system as a strategic object, which confirms its functionality, is revealed.
