THE PLACE AND ROLE OF THE ARMY IN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES: INTERACTIONS FEATURES

Abstract
The article analyzes problems and scientific developments of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical system of government and the army in the Ukraine at the present stage of development. There is a need for a scientific understanding of the content and system of government in modern Ukraine and ways to improve it. From the system of government like never required huge efforts to create safe living conditions of citizens, the application of measures to achieve economic growth, involvement in progressive development. In today’s Ukraine, which is a difficult and crucial stage of transition to a new European way of development, an appeal to the civil authorities and issues of public administration is important. In the current context of the transformation sweeping economic and spir-itual sphere, changes in foreign policy and geopolitical situation, and finally, as a result of the new direction of devel-opment, urgent need to form and move to reorganize the system of government and the army.
