The provision of housing for children-orphans and children deprived of parental care as a way of protecting their rights

Abstract
The article examines the practice of realization of the state housing policy of Ukraine on providing housing to orphans and children deprived of parental care carried out a review of the experience of state support in housing construction. Submitted proposals for partial improvement of living conditions of orphan children and children deprived of parental care.
