THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT, TENDERS AND G-CLOUD SYSTEM: THE СASE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The performance of long-term goals that have been established during the reform of the public procurement system in Ukraine was studied in the article. The level of the corruption reducing, the transparency and accessibility of the procurement system improving, the reliability ensuring, the cost-effectiveness and elasticity of the public procurement system after the ProZorro system implementation were analyzed in the article. And in result of the study, the systemic problems within the procurement process were found and the directions for improving of the public electronic procurement system in Ukraine were identified.
