Abstract
today at the wild environment Competition is necessary to obtain and meet the customers satisfaction for organizations and this issue is important in the company s strategies. Study the relation between technological integrity and customers satisfaction in Asia insurance co. This research is a type of analytical descriptive studies ,research environment is offices and agencies of Asia insurance co. in Guilan province . so a sample with 79 offices and agencies among them is selected to distribute the questionnaire. Sampling method is available sampling method and 79 offices and agencies of Asia insurance co. . information gathering tools are standard questionnaire data analysis carried out with a SPSS18 software. the amount of T statistics between two Technology integrity and satisfaction variables is equal to 16/917 and since it is up to 1/96 , there is positive and meaningful relation between the rise of integrity degree and satisfaction .Also between the rise of staffs job satisfaction and customers s satisfaction from staff and organization and with due attention to the structured model of research and the amount of t statistics between two technology integrity and satisfaction variable that is equal to 2/687 and since it s up to 1/96 , so there is relation between the rise of technology integrity degree and also when staff technological readiness is low the relation between technology integrity and staff satisfaction is adverse and when that is high this relation is positive .there is positive and meaningful relation between technology integrity and staff satisfaction and customers satisfaction also .It means unification of technology in the Asia insurance offices and agencies results in the rise of sale force satisfaction and also the rise of staff satisfaction.
