The relationship between knowledge Management and occupational empowerment in professional administration of sport and youth in East Azerbaijan Province

Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and occupational empowerment of the professional administration of sports and youth in East Azerbaijan Province. The purpose of this research is to cover practical matters and it is in a descriptive, correlational way and is done practically with observing the real factors. The number of thepeople includedin the research were 142. The gauges used are Nonaca and Takeuchi Knowledge Management Questionnaire (1995) and Spritzer(1995) Job Competency Inventory (1995)with valid of 0.88 and final of 0.93. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (like: average, Frequency Table and Graph, Variance and standard deviation) were used and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test to verify the normality of distribution and in case to check the correlation between the variablesPearson and Spearman correlation coefficient were used and for evaluating the variables the independent T test and F test (variance analysis), Levense Test is used. The outcome of the research showed: It showed that there is a meaningful relation between the Knowledge Management and career abilities of the employees (r= 0.678) and all components of the Knowledge Management (knowledge socialization (r= 0.594), Knowledge internalization (r=595), Knowledge combination (r=502) and Knowledge externalization (r= 0.05)). And it also showed that according to the employee’s comments there is NOT any meaningful differences between the Knowledge Management based on the demographic variables (r= 0.05) and career occupational empowerment based on the demographic variables (r= 0.05).
