The relationship between the organizational culture and organizational Commitment In East Azerbaijan's sport & youth administration

Abstract

Success of organizations directly is depended on the effective use of human resources. The aim of this research was to study the relationship between the organizational culture and organizational commitment among the Tabriz sport & youth administration personnel. The current research is a type of descriptive-correlational study and it is done in a real situations. The sample consisted of 58 employees of the Office of Youth and Sports in the city of Tabriz.For collecting the desired data and information, used questionnaire of organizational culture and organizational commitment and used from the Coefficient-Correlational statistic methods. Based on the Pearson's Correlation, results showed that between the organizational culture and organizational commitment there is a positive meaningful relationship. Also, among the organizational culture with, emotional commitment and duty commitment there is a positive meaningful relationship but between organizational culture and continuum commitment there is not a positive meaningful relationship.
