THE RIGHT OF THE STATE OF UKRAINE ON PATENT LAW OBJECTS

Abstract
A thesis that the state of Ukraine should be an equal subject of property right to objects of patent law is reasoned. For regulation of relations, developing between the state of Ukraine and the creators of objects of law who receive a state order, a legal mechanism of distribution of property rights to created objects of patent law was suggested.
