THE ROLE AND VALUE OF WORK WITH STAFF, IN CONDITIONS OF REFORM OF THE BODIES OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of work with personnel during the period of the reformation and formation of the National Police of Ukraine, the role of personnel work in achieving the effectiveness of the reform of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine was determined. The main objective of the reform of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine was to update the system of personal staff. The main focus was placed on the staff. In order to achieve the effectiveness of the reform introduced, it is necessary to improve the mechanism of work with personnel, since its low effectiveness affects the result of the reform. The key subject for work with the National Police personnel is the Department of Personnel Support of the National Police of Ukraine, which is assigned the task of selection, placement, training, attestation, selection, qualification improvement and a number of other personnel procedures. Today, important attention should be paid to the organizational and legal provision of work with personnel, since a widespread system of legal regulation, and sometimes an outdated system, creates havoc on the way to achieving the efficiency of work with personnel.
