THE ROLE OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF JUNIOR STUDENTS OF THE ART AND GRAPHICS DEPARTMENT

Abstract
There is a significant change in the distribution of classroom educational activities and self-education performed by the students of the department of Arts and Graphics, considering modern reforms of higher education. Today, many undergraduate students of the department of Arts and Graphics face various theoretical and practical problems that they cannot cope with, especially within their independent work. The conducted review and analysis of pedagogical technologies and their role in the formation of professional competences of the first and second year students studying at the faculty of Arts and Graphics proved the relevance of the research. The aim of the research is to analyze and identify the most optimal pedagogical technologies and approaches for the formation of professional competences of the first and second year students studying at the faculty of Arts and Graphics under conditions of modern reforms in higher education. Academic drawing occupies one of the leading places in the process of students’ professional training at the faculty of Arts and Graphics. Some recommendations for the development of «graphic reading and writing» as well as professional competences acquisition are highlighted in the article on the basis of the theoretical review of the scientific research. Introduction of interactive learning technologies into the educational process has been considered in the article. The role of computer technologies in social interaction has been noted. New possibilities for obtaining and organizing data in the framework of classroom studying process provided by computer technologies have been shown. The contribution of the integration of computer technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions has been presented. The empowerment of traditional forms of learning through e-learning has been considered. To summarize, the modern system of artistic and pedagogical education requires development and improvement, according to the new requirements of higher education reforms. The introduction of interactive and computer technologies into the educational process supports communication and cooperation, creativity and development, creates new opportunities for students to work independently. Moreover, the implementation of interactive and computer technologies alongside with the optimization of their use in the educational process are indicated as perspectives of further research.
