The truth of thanking

Abstract
Thanking is a concept in Qur’an, which has been bib as on the supreme features of man. In this paper after considering the literal and lexical concept of thanking, it is compared with praising and eulogy. Then in explaining, the truth of thanking it is stated that unlike praising and eulogy, thanking is for good deed, which is done by selection and is special of the man or beyond the man. The difference is that in praising, the essence of the adulator is considered but thanking is always for the blessings, which have been bestowed to the thankful. Certainly, God’s blessings are countless and nobody can thank them all but confessing and knowing this reality is thanking and every favor being used in its appropriate place is regarded thanking. Also statement of the favoris thanking and the thanking for every favors that we consider it on behalf of the God and use it in the way He likes.
