THE USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS TO REDUCE LABOR COSTS

Abstract
The article is an attempt to analyze and evaluate the selected methods of rationalization and reduction of labor costs with particular reference to the use of public funds. Author argues that it is possible the impact on personnel costs in order to increase the competitiveness of companies in the domestic and foreign markets.
