THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT OF INTEGRATED ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES
Journal Title: Проблеми системного підходу в економіці - Year 2018, Vol 4, Issue 66
Abstract
The process of arising new and wide differentiation of types of organizational business structures is inherent to the modern historical stage of the evolution of the economic sphere of being. Though most of the foreign and domestic scientists are united in assessing the objective existence of specific forms of relevant economic phenomena, their positions are fundamentally different in determining their essence and content, expressed systemically in both species and generic terms. Based on this, we can conclude that now in economic science, unambiguous final results have been obtained about economic organizational structures at the level of empirical research in the form of a scientific fact. At the same time, at the level of theoretical research in relation to these phenomena, the corresponding form of scientific knowledge has not reached a completed form to be a developed theory yet but it only has a conceptual character to be a set of alternative scientific hypotheses. For example, we can name the following theoretical concepts of modern business organizational structures. There are integrated corporate structures, integrated entrepreneurial structures and business associations. The concept of integrated entrepreneurial structures is the object of this article, in which the researchers put and theoretically tried to solve the problem of the emergence of new organizational structures in the modern economy for the first time. Accents in learning this problem were placed on the following issues. There are disclosure of the essence of certain specific types of forms of the new existing business structures and their classification the establishment of processes, thanks to these structures arise the definition at a higher level of abstraction of the category of the phenomenon, into which the categories of specific forms of the relevant structures can be included. T hus, it should be noted that the authors of the concept conducted research within the framework of the first reflection and, consequently, it was methodologically incomplete. In order to solve this problem should be carried out at the level of the second research reflexion. The goals of this research are establishing the availability within the concept of integrated entrepreneurial structures of new elements of scientific knowledge, which is based on the results of the theoretical analysis obtained by its developers and founding methodological, ontological, and logical errors admitted by them. The obtained scientific results within the framework of this concept conducted in accordance the generally recognized methodological requirements of the theoretical research were evaluated from a position of determining the existence of the phenomenon as the subject, as the process, as the relations with the external environment. At the same time, the following methods of conducting a scientific study were used: a comparative analysis, historical analysis, factor analysis, system analysis, categorical analysis, generalization. Based on the results of the analysis of the concept of integrated entrepreneurial structures, the following general conclusions are drawn: there is practically no substantiation of the methodological support for the conduct of scientific research, which makes it impossible to directly evaluate the grounds, on the basis of which the authors of the concept formulated a certain set of theoretical propositions that reveal its content, and also establish the nature of the logical relationship between the concepts, in which these provisions found a reflection; while carrying out the research of the phenomenon, only certain structural elements of theoretical knowledge were covered, in particular, such as the subject and partly as a process; the content of the concept of the phenomenon of integrated entrepreneurial structures, as an object, could not be identified as a specific entity, and the classification of their species forms was implemented on a compilation basis; the concept of integrated entrepreneurial structures cannot be attributed to the type of scientific theory as developed; on the contrary, taking into account the use of methods for creating scientific knowledge, its representation and interpretation, and the availability of quasi-scientific knowledge in this concept, it should be qualified as a descriptive scientific theory; the scientific fact of the existence of new economic structures in the modern economy that was proved by the results of empirical research only indicates the existence of a variety of economic systems of the micro level. Further researches should be oriented on the definition of general and essential features of individual concepts of the corresponding specific phenomena and their association in the scope of a certain group of general concepts that should be considered not as compatible (identical or cross) but as incompatible (opposite).
