THEORETICAL GOING NEAR CONCEPT «DIVIDEND POLITICS» AS MANAGEMENT FACTOR BY PROPERTY ASSET

Abstract
Theoretical approaches to the notion of "dividend policy" as a factor of managing own capital have been explored. The purpose, stages and types of dividend policy have been defined. The main forms of dividend payment have been singled out. Approaches to the formation of dividend policy have been established. The proposals for improving the effectiveness of dividend policy have been determined.
