Abstract
The theoretical grounds of philosophy, sociology, psychology, pedagogy is the basis for evolution the conceptual foundations of communication as a speci¿ c form of interaction partners of educational process. Organized communication provides a set of processes that provide focused, coherent and coordinated interaction of the subject of pedagogical process. It aims to achieve their functional, operational and spiritual community. This allows you to develop individuality. Through the development of consciousness, thinking and regulatory structures changing status personality happening. The inner dialogue with itself, the development of self-consciousness is due compared themselves with others. The interest in the self and possibilities appear. This is the basis of self-control. Analysis and discussion of individual experiences with others makes it is possible to clarify the meaning of individualized learned experience to implement correction acquired knowledge. This is the basis of mutual control. The need to put into practice the acquired knowledge and skills, adapt them to speci¿ c situations will appear in communication. This makes it possible to control and evaluate the effectiveness of the pedagogical process. Because of this, consider communication as the system basis of control reÀ ective stage of training Masters of Social Work. This allows us to consider communication as a basis for stage of control and reÀ ection in training of Masters of Social Work
