THEORETICAL POSITIONS OF OPTIMIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND-TENURE

Abstract
The approaches of consideration of land-tenure optimization are analyzed. A concept «optimization of land-tenure» is exposed. It is well-proven that the most optimal result of decision of tenure is an increase of volume of gross at the economy of current outlays and fertility-improving of soils. The economic and mathematical model of optimization of land-tenure in a region is presented. We made a conclusion, that theoretical positions of optimization of agricultural land-tenure should be considered through the prism of structure of the land, structural of sowing areas taking into account maintenance and recreation of fertility of soils.
